INHALE. Jump or step back to the right side with legs one leg apart. Arms by your side. Palms facing down.
EXHALE. Turn the right foot to the right, and the left foot slightly in. Right hand grabs the right foot, as in A, or leg, as in B, and left arm goes up palm facing forward. Gaze to the left hand. STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
INHALE. Come slowly all the way up. Turn in the right foot parallel.
EXHALE. Repeat # 2. STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
