VIRABHADRASANA A

  1. INHALE. Coming from the Downward Facing Dog. Bring the right foot between the hands in a ninety degrees angle, as in A, or slightly bent, as in B, or straight, as in C. Arms up. Hands together, and elbows straight.
    STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
  2. INHALE. Straight the back leg, and twist to the left side. Bend the left knee ninety degrees. Look up to the thumbs.
    STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS

COMMENTS

The knee that is bending it has to be in a ninety degree angle. If this creates too much pain, or tension, bend it slightly, or keep it straight. Keep the hips square to the side you are working on. The arms remain up during the whole time.
