BADDHA PADMASANA

  1. EXHALE. In sitting position place the legs in full lotus. Bring the arms back and grab the feet with the hands, as in A, or grab the opposite elbow in easy pose, as in B, or use a prop, as in C.
  2. INHALE. Lengthen the spine.
  3. EXHALE. Bend forward, as in A1.STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
  4. INHALE. Sit up.

COMMENTS

Choose the appropriate option. Look at the Third Eye. You may be want to stretch back opening the chest, as in D, feels great!!
