INHALE. Bring legs over the head. Place hands on the back for support making a straight line, as in A, or instead raise only the legs up ninety degrees, as in B. STAY HERE FOR 15 LONG DEEP BREATHS
If you have problems with the neck chose the alternative (B). As preparation you can bring your legs all over your head first and bring them up to make the straightest line you can make between your body and the floor.
