Ashtanga Yoga
My flexibility has not improved

I started practising Ashtanga Yoga about 2 years ago. I practise 2-3 times per week, however, I have found that my flexibility has not improved. I have tried not to focus on this as the aim of my practise but occasionally I think about it and wonder if I'm doing something wrong. I would have expected an improvement. Any help?

hi
i think there must be some problem,because 2 years is not a short duration.I think you should consult to some Yoga teacher trainer for some classes of
yoga teacher training courses
.It will really help you.As my knowledge there are "eight limbs" of yoga of ashtanga yoga.Each step will result in some positive improvement.
