Specific asana for ridding puffy eyes

Hello...I was wondering if anyone knows any specific asana for ridding puffy eyes, dark circles...and also reversing or helping improve periodontal/gum disease.

Hi There! I have heard that aerobic practices can help decrease the liklihood of developing gum disease and gingivitis. So perhaps you should try Bikram or Baptist Yoga, or do a vigorous series of sun salutations every day.

There are marma points on your face that you can touch that can reduce puffiness. Take two or three fingers underneath the eye, press down, and attempt to close the eyes. If you hold for 12-15 seconds you can help with the puffiness you are experiencing. I have also heard that if you rub your hands together vigorously and then place the palms over the eyes, the heat will help stimulate the blood around this area and help to tighten the skin. My last suggestion is to take a glance to the left and to the right, then roll your eyes around in a circle. This is called a “ring exercise” and helps to strengthen the muscles around the eye, preventing sagging and dark circles.

Thank you for these exercises(fiscal years).
I was thinking that the swelling eye could not be solved by the yoga.
