Hey, I am yoga beginner! and I am currently taking a class twice a week, so for I am loving it. I know all classes are different and some more challenging to others but I wondered if there was a certain diet that should be followed the day of class that would help? Any advise/info would be appreciated!

It’s really good to try and keep it light before and after practice. I try to not eat anything 2 hours before practicing, but if I have to I will have a snack 1 hour before.

It’s important to drink a lot of water and eat plenty of green veggies…

If you want to incorporate Ahimsa (non violence) into your diet, try to not eat meat on the days you practice, but have tofu or beans instead.
