Kundalini Yoga Winter Solstice

I've been practicing Yoga since 2006. I've recently heard about about the Kundalini Yoga Winter Solstice in Lake Wales, with 3 days of white tantric Yoga.
I only tried Kundalini few times and I liked it, but I don't know if I need to have more “Yoguic experience” to assist .And I would be alone as yoga is something I don't really share with any friends. I'm ready for such an intensive gathering? Any thoughts?

I would say that it’s good to consult the organizers of the event to gauge your experience level with the level of the event.

I loooove going to retreats alone! I definitely think you should do it, burn up all of your resistance and worries, and just go to discover your true self. Sometimes when you go on retreat with a friend it’s a different dynamic, and I think you will really benefit from taking the time to go by yourself. What an opening experience!

You are only as ready as you feel. Do you feel ready? Because even if you don’t and you are excited and passionate, it is likely that your experience will forever change your life.
