Hi ! I'm 5 month pregnant, I been practicing yoga for the past 3 years. My question is, can I go Bikram Yoga in my state..?

It might be a good idea to call the studio and check, or talk to your doctor. Bikram is a strenuous exercise, and it's likely not going to be recommended unless you already have a well established athletic routine.

I see pregnant women in my vinyasa classes all the time, they just modify and don't do push ups or belly down stuff. But I am not sure about Bikram! I don't know if it's healthy to shock your body like that.

I have heard pregnant women say that Bikram really helps them through their pregnancy, the soothing heat and the energizing effect it has on your body. If you are a regular yoga practitioner, and you feel okay after the first 15 minutes, and then after a couple days, I say do it! Only you know your body and what is best for it.
