Take a break !

My boyfriend has been questioning my Bikram practice, as I do it every day. He talks about I need to take a break to let the muscles rest. Why is it that we can practice yoga every day and not let the muscles rest?

You can practice Yoga anytime you want. The best is practice it every day, so you're in a good way.

Some say that the heated rooms allow you to bend a little deeper and help to stretch your muscles as you strengthen them. Since you are stretching too they always get a rest.

I agree with your boyfriend! It’s important to take a day off every once in awhile!
