Just curious. What is the best temperature and humidity of your studio?

It depends a little bit on the teacher. Temperatures are pretty steady at anywhere from 104 and 106. The humidity can vary from 25% to 50%, and it makes a ton of difference. There are also notorious hot and cold spots in the room. The cold spots, of course, become prime real estate -- typically the first claimed spots.

Bikram classes are usually 90-110 degrees Fahrenheit. At my studio we practice hot yoga but it’s called Baptiste and it’s really fast moving. I sweat a lot and always leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
