I saw a TV special one time that showed how these certain Buddhist monks in the mountains of Tibet could mentally raise their internal thermostat i.e. their body temperature. Have anyone ever heard of this before?

I have heard of this, it’s called g Tum-mo heat meditation. The heating element is merely an after effect rather than the goal of the practice. It is said that this process should be overseen by a Tantric Guru. Have you heard that such monks are able to dry wet sheets with their bodies multiple times, in freezing cold? Pretty wild!

Please don’t try to attempt this without the blessing and guide of a Guru who knows. Thank you!
