I find myself getting so stressed out at work. Are there any yoga postures I can do at my desk to help myself relax?

Sure, lots!! You can gently do neck rolls, moving slowly with the head around and around in circles, first in one, then the opposite direction. You can make fists and extend your fingers over and over again, even circling out the wrists when your hands are tight to open them up. You can also do kegals to stimulate and work your Mulu Bandha Root Lock! – ShantiB

I like to do low lunge at my desk, holding onto the table for support, and taking a lunge while keeping my body upright. I feel like my hip flexors get so tight sitting in that chair all day, and this pose really helps me open them up. – Satyam

When you feel stress you should try some pranayama, like ujjayi or just taking a slow breath on the count of four (inhale 1…2…3…4…. Exhale 1…2…3…4…). This has always helped me when I find the menial tasks getting to me. – CHATuranga
