For the Vinyasa teachers out there, where do you find the ideas for the sequencing between postures that you teach?

I practice at home and make up the sequences based on what feels good after what postures. It's all very organic!

If only I had a strong enough home practice like Ushtras! I usually have a plan, but often I just wing it from class to class. I always ask the students for requests and try to build off of what they are looking for into a steady vinyasa flow. Sometimes it works better than others!

I have some sequences in my head that i like to embellish with my own special touches, or sometimes teachers inspire me with their sequences.a lot of times while sitting at work i will think of yoga sequences and jot them down as they come to me. Other times i daydream about anatomy and what would feel the best.
