Does anyone here have very detailed experience with mudras and how they impact your consciousness?

I like using the Gyana (wisdom) mudra, where the thumb and forefinger touch. It’s good during asana practice to improve concentration, I think. I like using it in seated meditation, too. It’s also good to use during savasana, or during balances and twists, to help keep the mind focused.

The mudra of putting your forehead on the floor after yoga class always makes me feel grounded.

Anjali Mudra (hands at heart center) helps me to bring focus back to the inside and to my center line in the body.
