Good Morning! When I breathe through my nose I feel like it helps to build heat in my body. If I am overheating I usually let out a big sigh through my mouth.

I feel like I have more breath control when I breath through my nose. With Ujjayi Breath you breath through the nose and let the breath swirl in the back of the throat, making a sighing sound.
