Yoga Basics
An exercise to cope with stress

I just wonder if anyone of you know any good yoga exercises against stress. I have always suffered from stress before my exams, sometimes so bad that I get a black-out during my exams.
I started with yoga six months ago, and I do feel a lot better. I sleep better and feel happier, but so far I haven't found any exercise to help me cope with the stress I feel when I think of my upcoming exams.

Have you tried restorative yoga or even a meditation practice? These two things have helped my stress levels decrease immensely.

I always find that a little deep breathing anytime during the day, but definitely before bed at night, always helps me to distress. Good Luck!

If you develop a stronger meditation practice, you can work with just being with that feeling of discomfort and anxiety, yet still function without it too much affecting your life. I hope this advice helps!
