I have several pilates and yoga video, one pilates floor with yoga , one standing power yoga and one for relaxation...how can i incorporate them all and do cardio?
should i do cardio and alternate between the pilates stuff and do relaxing yoga at night for my anxiety?

Pilates is such a great compliment to any workout routine! I find that it reminds me to engage my core muscles when doing anything and everything, and I have become so much stronger because of it! Yes, I agree, you should alternate your videos and find some kind of cardio to do a few times a week, if that feels good for you. Once you establish a nice routine, perhaps you can do your own practice at night to relax, so you aren’t stuck with the same old video every time.

Some people see yoga as only a way to relax, but some classes can be very physically demanding and taxing. Perhaps you could try taking a power class to get a more cardio-style out of your practice. Holding postures for long periods of time can definitely build stamina and strength. If you take one or two power classes per week, do cardio and pilates once or twice a week, and do your relaxing yoga dvds as needed, you will likely be in really great shape! Good luck and have fun!

If you get tired out by so much pilates and yoga and cardio, perhaps try meditation at night for your anxiety.
