First of all you should start a practice that can to control the anxiety, and once you start loosing weight since a very powerful practice at the beggining will live you exausted. After you start loosing weight you can start phisical practice. Maybe ashtanga or Iyengar. Power Yoga is very active. Check this out: http://www.thesecretsofyoga.com/Yoga-for-Beginners.html

While I don’t think yoga alone can make you lose weight, it can certainly help you with flexibility and strength, and can also help you feel better about yourself on the inside. This added bit of self confidence will help you take actions off of the mat and increase your awareness and intention towards your weight loss.
