I'm looking for someone to teach me NETI Sutra (that's when you get a string to go through your nose) and VASTRA DHAUTI (CLOTH) (that's when you eat 3 meters of wet cloth and cleanse your system that way).

That sounds like something you might want a little guidance with, I wouldn’t recommend doing that on your own!

I read somewhere that there are specialists that can do this with you. The cloth needs to be prepared by an ayurvedic specialist. It is said that the cloth helps you to actually burp out additional air in the stomach. But I agree with Laxman, you should try to do this with someone else who is experienced.
