Learn To Simply Relax

This relaxation technique can be done lying down on your back, or sitting up with the spine straight.

Close your eyes and place both hands on your abdomen.

Start breathing long and deep through the nose.

Take a deep breath and push the abdomen outward and exhale while allowing the body to retract naturally.

It is very import that you breathe correctly so that you can relax in the moment and in the future, so pay extra attention to your breathing and make sure that the abdomen expands during the inhalation.

Close your eyes, visualize your feet.

Inhale and send the energy to your feet, exhale and relax your feet, let them lay to the side. Don’t move them anymore.

Now visualize your legs.  Bring in energy through inhalation, then exhale and relax them completely.  Don’t move them anymore.
