Exercises for the first chakra
The goal of the first chakra is to become aware, and being able to feel and experience the self.
When the person becomes conscious the body and the mind relaxes. The rigidity goes away.
Acceptance opens us up physically. The tightness in the lower back frees up, the
clenching in the lower intestines loosens.
The following exercises activate and stimulate the energy in the first chakra:
