How to do it:

Sit in a comfortable sitting position with the spine straight. Place the arms all the way up, next to the ears, palms facing each other. Maintain the elbows straight. Start moving the arms down between 6-9 inches and up in a rapid way.

Time: 3 – 7 minutes
