Stretch Pose is simply one of the positions that must be done every day. I heard once that the reason it wasn’t included in all the Kundalini Yoga sets is because they assume you have already done it.

One of the main benefits is that balances Manipura chakra. There is an old said in India that says that a sick person won’t be able to get healthy again until Manipura chakra is balanced.

How you do it:

Lie down on the back. Raise the head and legs up 6 inches from the floor. Place the arms by the side with the palms facing each other. Maintain the position while you do breath of fire.
