Medical Meditation to bring light to all the Chakras
This meditation is called Sodarshan Chakra Kriya and cuts the darkness of neurotics thought. It purifies the karma, giving you the pranic power of health and healing, and helping to relieve the first chakra unhealthy attachment to past traumas.
This meditation has been proved to be more effective than antidepressant medication in treating psychological issues. It helps inner happiness, and ecstasy in life. It gives you a new start, against all odds.
It is said that this meditation is the most powerful kriya in the history of Yoga.
1- Tune in chanting Ong Namo, Gurudev Namo 3 times.
2- Sit in Easy Pose or in a chair, with the spine straight and chin in.
3- Focus the eyes at the tip of the nose, or close them and focus them at the third eye point.
4- Block off the right nostril with your right thumb, and straight the other fingers up.
The left hand is resting on the left knee in Gyan Mudra.
5- Inhale through the left nostril.
6- As you hold your breath, mentally chant Whahe Guru 16 times.( It means Ecstasy of infinite consciousness, which brings me from darkness to light.
Every time you repeat each word pull your navel point: once in Wha, once in He, and once in Guru, for all the 16 times of the repetition of the mantra (total:48 pumps)
7- Block off your left nostril with your right index finger, and exhale slowly and deeply trough your right nostril. Continue.
Practice this meditation 31-62 minutes a day. If you are a beginner, you can start with 3 minutes and gradually build up to 11 minutes and so on.
To finalize, hold the breath for 5-10 seconds and exhale. Then stretch up and shake every part of your body for 1 minute, to spread the energy.

11 minutes a day will give you confidence and the capacity to understand who are you.
31 minutes a day will give you a great strength and discipline.
Do it during 1 year and it will make you feel fantastic.
Do it during 1000 days and nobody will be able to mach your energy.
