Plow - Halasana

From a kneeling position, interlock your fingers in front of you and place the back of your head into the hollow of your palms. Slowly rise off the knees into a standing position. Lift one leg, placing it against a wall if necessary, then kick the other leg up. Hold the position, keeping the body erect, and then release.

For advance students the next step once you gain balance with both legs up, it’s to bring both legs together at 90-degree angle. Hold there and bring both legs up again. Then release.
