Pasasana pray pose


Begin by lying down on the back. Inhale and bring the upper torso all the way up until the head touches the legs if possible. Then exhale and release down on the back. Continue this sequence.

Benefits:

  • It shapes the abdomen.
  • It stretches the back of the legs, spine, and neck.
