BREATHING
MEDITATION ON THE BREATH
This is a wonderful
meditation when stress, upset, or fearful.
Just by closing the
eyes meditate on the breath. Feel the flow coming in and out. Receive every
breath as a gift of life.
Use the mantra “Sat
Nam”, “Sat” means truth, beyond time and space, and “Nam” means identity.
Be in an aptitude
of gratitude. And slow down you breathe by breathing fully using the full
capacity of your lungs.
Breathing less than
8 times per minute will make the pituitary gland secrete, stimulates intuition,
and gives you more awareness. The pituitary gland it’s also known as the master
gland because regulates nine different glands.
Breathing less than
four will put you in a meditative state.
