There are two schools of Yoga known by the name “Integral Yoga”.
The first one is also called “Purna” or “Supramental” Yoga, and it is based on the teachings of Bengali philosopher-sage Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
The other one is a trademark. "Integral Yoga" is registered by Swami who came to the United States from India in the 1960s and eventually founded many Integral Yoga Institutes as well as the famed Yogaville Ashram in Buckingham, Virginia.
