I am sorry I don’t know that technique.
To practice yoga and meditation for a short period of time sometimes can equal 8 hours of sleep.
However, yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques do not replace sleep, but can help achieve a deeper state when sleeping, which entails more rest, and a clear mind and relaxed body when waking up.
