I was diagnosed with arthritis on my left hip 1 year ago and as time has went on, basic everyday tasks like putting on socks, shoes etc has gradually became harder. I attend physio through my work for this every 3 weeks or so, and attend the gym around twice a week. I’m involved in football at a high level and want to continue for a number of years yet. My Chiropractor suggested yoga as a good exercise for stretching. I have never tried it before, so what, if any type of yoga/exercise would be best for me?Hope you can help

I would recommend soft Hatha or Kundalini Yoga for your arthritis.
