I have a problem with my right shouler and arm. From onde small spot below the shoulder, pain starts and whole my shoulder, one half of neck, arm and hand hurts, even fingers. I suppose it’s neurological problem, because the pressure from one point reflects the entire right side of the body. Do you have any suggestions about sutable exercises, or some kind of treatment which could solve my problem.Best regards,Aleksandra J.

you might need to consult your doctor about your shoulder. I would recommend you to do some exercise to help move the area, but some inflammation can exists and you would need to help yourself with some other natural remedies.
Shoulder shrug and lateral twist are good exercises.
