Hello, and thank you for the information on Yoga. Very interesting. I was also very interested in your explanation of yoga, and how its purpose is to connect the finite self with the infinite self. I have done quite some studies in hinduism myself, and saw that yoga was a central practice especially with Brahmans who sought to devote themself to a spiritual way. In the west I often hear them saying, ‘Yoga is just for exercise’. I find this absurd, especially seeing the fruit. It does have spiritual affects on people! I find the influence is very similar to the philosophy of hinduism, namely, the unity of all religions (the acceptance of all of them as acceptable ways to enlightenment). What other effects is it meant to have? Thanks again!
