alt=”friends with your enemy”On our road through life, we meet a variety of people with whom we share the same dreams as well as the same planet. We may experience different feelings about them: we like them or not, hate them or love them, we view them as friends or enemies. Our friends always makes us feel great, safe, comfortable, but we feel the opposite with those people we consider our enemies.
But our real strength can come through when somebody attacks or accuses us, making our actions more cautious, our thoughts more considered. In this way, we develop strength of body and mind thanks to our enemies, and we should in turn be grateful to them. The company of our friends is always welcomed. They always have the right words of consolation and are always there to support us. However, always living some form of the “easy life” can make us weaker. Our enemy is our antagonist which is why they compliment us. So let’s make our enemies our best friends. They have what we don’t have, know what we don’t know, and see what we don’t see. We can learn a lot from them. Give them a chance. Give you a chance. That’s when real happiness begins for both.
