Place your hands back with the fingers pointing at the body. Legs bend. Feet flat on the floor. As if you were preparing for a back bend.
Bring the legs over the head. And PUSH with the hands to elevate yourself from the floor. The more you push the more weight you are taking away from your neck. This will be one of the most important parts of the process.
Bring the legs into Downward Facing Dog
Jump or walk to Chaturanga Dandasana.
