Lie down on the abdomen with the chin on the floor and feet together. Bring the arms up hugging the ears interlace the fingers except the index fingers that are straight forward. Inhale and bring the torso up, as high as you can with the strength of the back. Hold the position with long deep breathing for a few breaths.
