Plow – Halasana
From a shoulder stand, exhale and slowly lower the toes to the floor above the head. Place the toes as far beyond the head as possible while keeping the torso perpendicular to the floor and fully extending the legs. Hold the position and then release.

- It can relieve stress, fatigue, and symptoms of menopause.
- The Plow Pose stretches the shoulders and spine, and has been used therapeutically for backache, headache, infertility, insomnia and sinusitis.
