I have learned all the yoga exercise and i regularly done in the past in my college life.But now if i do the yoga exercise i becoming very lean.So my mind is not allowing to do the exercise.can you give any suggestions for this what i can do it?

If it has been a long time since your last practice of yoga, it is possible that your body won’t be used to be moved or exercised.
Start your practice again very slowly, be patient to get in the shape you used to be when you where in college.
It depends how long you have been without any practice and how flexible you are to open the body again.
