I have do the yoga and pranayam daily 4.30 am to 6.00 am since 2 years.Now past two week I have feel right knee pain during sitting on bazrasan.What I can do please advice me.
It is not my position to tell someone what to do, but since you asked I will tell you I injured myself doing Yoga in the past.
Back then, I didn’t want to stop because just like you my practice was so strong. So for a while I kept practicing breathing through the pain, and this help a lot. But with time the pain got so deep I had to stop.
So it’s a matter of time. Stop now and modify your practice so you can give some healing time to the join or muscle, or stop later for a longer period of time.
It is said than when your are listening you don’t injured yourself.” Common sense works always best!
