have a mail pain or rather twitching occasionally on the inner side of the left knee. gets exhausted towards late evening. i do one hour walk every day apart from my routine office and domestic work.what are the asans best for me to do away with the pain/twitching on the knee. not comfortbale squatting on the floor and if I do, uneasiness in getting up .would be grateful for the advice pl.

Before you practice yoga, I would recommend you to check your knee because the pain you feel can be caused by a bad alignment in your hip or any other part of your body and you can damage it.
Some exercises like the one in the link can help you, but be careful and please, don’t force the posture.
