I want to ask you some questions about yoga…I’m looking for a kind of yoga that gives me more workout and cores. I don’t like slow, meditation, and boring. I want something excited and quick movement/ quick poses. Tell me what are the different yoga. I did pilates for few years. I did piyo(pilates/yoga blend). Now I want to go back to yoga. I don’t know what kind of yoga for me.I’m confused.
