i had a hernia surgery in 1993, and my left leg at the left hip really hurts, especially since last three months I now have a small car: coming out and getting in, the driver seat seems to hurt more. With this, now if i m seated, and want to stand up and move….i have to go slooow, else it hurts, please suggest me some yoga asanas, murmas thanks alnoor

You can practice some yoga exercises to improve the function of your leg and hip; I would also recommend to visit with a doctor, naturopath or herbalist who can give you some remedy for inflammation.
