I am very interested in yoga. I am doing breathtaking exercise everyday. and do some stretching too.When i was young i did breathtake yoga for 1 year constantly and then i stopped to get a job..life got busy…now im starting again and i feel great..the more i do i feel the more…different feeling everyday..but i have lack of information of body yoga…for stretching…..i want some information for that…Thank you….Inner peace comes from within not outside..So i want to practice more and more..everyday…

It’s best when you are performing a position to ask the teacher who is seeing you if you are doing it correctly.
I can guide you in specific positions but it will be time consuming in of all them.
