I am new to yoga and I am looking for a sequence for back problems. I am tired of going to a chiropractor, haven’t in a year, and I am expierencing nerve pinching again in my upper back. I am doing well in the basic standing and siting sequence I found on YogaBasics.com but I am almost ready for more. Thank you, Heather
