Hello and thank you…this friday im starting a teacher program for yoga…my question may sound odd…but for me its very important…i once saw a yoga master climb into a small box…the way he changed his body amazed me. Q: Where can i attain the information on how to further my training in that way? What’s it called…i cant seem to find any information on training for that ability? thank you
I saw something similar once. The gol of Yoga has nothing to do with that, but things like that impress most people.
Acroyoga and Ashtanga Yoga will give you that flexibility.
