Hello – I’ve recently been diagnosed with OCD, (I’m in my late 20’s), and have been using yoga to over come panic attacks and to help me focus. I’m a dance teacher as well as a freelance writer, while the OCD does not hamper my teaching, it does make it hard to write. Two things. Learn to breath will help you tremendously with OCD.

There is also a great book with Kundalini Yoga techniques written by David Shannahoff-Khalsa only in dealing with OCD. I highly recommended it to you.
