It is my understanding that to have low blood pressure is a good thing. It means you are very healthy. Unless it is to low. If that is the case you are provably experiencing small episodes of dizziness.
Yoga works in your neuromuscular body too. That will balance it.
I will also recommend you to pay more attention to what you eat.
It is a combination of things.
