I am having problem of frozen shoulder . kindly advise remedial exercise in yoga tanks

-As a recommendation you should do standing up some arms rotations in both directions. Draw big circles with your arms. The bigger the better.
-Shoulder shrug.
-Neck rotation.
-Backward bending, with the arms up.
-Side bending
On the floor:
– Bow pose
– baby pose, with arms forward to strech
That should be enough to start with.
