practicing yoga (hatha and vinyanna) for some years. Since half a year I am suffering from bad lower back aches, that radiates pain as far down as my foot. I am trying physiotherapy to overcome this but it doesn’t improve. I am managing the pain with meditation and pranayama, but I am not able to do any yoga…..What can I do?Thank you very much!Shalom from Jerusalem.Henk

Sorry for the delay in answering you. I hope you feel better.
It seems that your back pain is not allowing you to practice yoga, and that may indicate that you need to stop momentarily and take care of that problem with some alternative medicine (plants, oinments…)
I would recommend you to practice this set of yoga as soon as you feel able to do it (be careful not to force), to strengthen the muscles on your back.
