hi.. here is my problem: my mind is always run in high speeds, in different thinks at the same time! i can’t concentrate and enjoy the moment! especially at sex time!secondly,i have low self respect and all these cause me lot of problems! i want to get reed of them.. also,are there any yoga exercises that make my penis stronger, and last longer?thank very much..
A regular yoga practice will help with your concentration. Constance is a big factor when trying to solve any problem. Please try this breathing exercise.
